Joey Sipos is a game developer by trade with a passion for video and music production. Born and raised in Seattle, he studied Computer Science and landed a job at Microsoft at just 19 years old, where he had the opportunity to work on his favorite title, Microsoft Flight Simulator. In 2016, Joey founded his own virtual reality game studio, 5D Realities, where he has served as CEO for the past nine years. He’s best known for creating the VR games Glider Island and Glider Sim, available on Steam the Meta Quest headset. In his free time, Joey enjoys composing music with his MIDI keyboard and Ableton Live, and often works remotely while traveling, pursuing creative projects in video and music production. Over the past decade, he’s been deeply fascinated by the rise of artificial intelligence and is committed to exploring its creative potential as the technology evolves.
