    Chris Fagan is an AI filmmaker, art director, and architect whose work consistently bridges traditional craftsmanship with new technologies. His innovative approach to storytelling and visual design has led to a career that spans architecture, feature films and technology development. As a professional set designer and art director, Chris has worked on productions for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and Disney. In addition to his film work, Chris is the founder of Fagan Design Build Studio Inc. (Fagan Design), an award-winning architectural and construction management firm based in Newport, Rhode Island. Since 2008, the studio has completed a wide range of projects across New England and been featured in publications such as The New York TimesCoastal Living, and Dwell. Chris’s AI filmmaking projects are produced under his creative studio, Delineator Film Lab. Each of these films serves as an experiment in both format and process, pushing the boundaries of how stories are created and experienced.

    Lafayette House Forgotten Legacy

    In the summer of 1778, a humble Rhode Island farmhouse became the setting for a pivotal alliance between the American colonies and France. Inside, the young Marquis de Lafayette and his allies crafted a daring battle plan to liberate Newport, marking the first major Franco-American military collaboration of the Revolutionary War.

    Though the battle ended in a tactical draw, the partnership forged within these walls laid the foundation for future victories that would secure American independence. Y

    et today, this historic home—once a silent witness to history—has been lost forever, demolished without recognition of its significance. The Lafayette House: A Forgotten Legacy is a call to action, reminding us that historic preservation is not just about saving buildings, but about protecting the stories that define our past and shape our future.
