The Seattle AI Film Festival (SAIFF) will debut on March 29-30, 2025, at the M5 Creative Building, located at 401 Mercer Street in Seattle. This inaugural event celebrates visual storytelling enhanced by artificial intelligence, providing a platform for creators to showcase their AI- driven works and engage with audiences.

In a significant development, SAIFF has partnered with Women in Cloud to drive innovation and inclusivity in the AI and creative sectors. This collaboration aims to empower female entrepreneurs and technologists, fostering a diverse and dynamic community within the AI-driven storytelling landscape.
The partnership will focus on three key initiatives:
- Investing in Career Preparedness: Women In Cloud and SAIFF will co-host workshops and panels on AI’s role in content creation, production, and distribution, equipping filmmakers to enhance storytelling and streamline production.
- Economic Development for Emerging Talent in Washington: Women In Cloud and SAIFF will provide selected AI filmmakers with direct access to industry experts, investors, and distribution channels to position their work commercially and globally.
- Recognitions and Awards via Competition: Women In Cloud and SAIFF will collaborate on film competitions that provide awards, cash prizes, and in-kind support for AI-powered film creators.
Filmmakers interested in participating can submit their AI-generated or AI-assisted works by the final deadline of March 12, 2025. Submissions are accepted through FilmFreeway.
